Ladywood Interfaith Education Project (LIEP)
(Co-ordinator The Revd Jo Mason)
The LIEP
is an innovative educational scheme, in both method and aim, that demonstrates
the openness of the church and the spiritual gifts of the world’s great faiths.
Its programme is based on the National Curriculum and is taught by professional
volunteers working as an inter faith team. It enables children from local
Primary Schools to explore and appreciate the great faiths of
Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism, within the context of the respective
places of worship.
